Helping You Make Informed Decisions

Full-Service Civil Engineering

How often have you wondered what an engineering firm is, what they do, or why you need them? This is because firms have clients who have specific knowledge and specific needs. Their business utilizes established connections, instead of looking to nurture new connections. Seen as a necessary cost to the development process, an engineer is someone who can provide a plan submission to a regulatory agency.

All County and Associates, Inc. (ACA) is not your typical engineering firm. Engineering firms far too often focused on the outcome. They only ask how can we design a solution that achieves permitting approval? ACA takes a different approach, one of educating every client, partner, and the public. Our goal is to keep you out of trouble instead of getting you out of trouble. So let’s start with a basic introduction.

Who is ACA?

In 1992, All County and Associates, Inc. (ACA) started as a three-person firm, formed by All County Investment, Inc. (ACI). ACI was a land development firm that recognized the need for professional services. As a result, ACA, located in Chester County, has grown to become a full-service civil engineering firm. Today, we merge professional services with practical knowledge for residential and commercial projects.

What do they do?

Almost any construction activity in Pennsylvania requires regulatory approval before starting construction. No matter the scale, from installing a fence, to building a structure or developing land, you need permits. Because the approval process includes many permits and agencies, it can be a headache. Working with ACA’s full-service team saves you time, money and headaches.  Every step of the way, we are here to support you and educate you about the process. Here are some basic services we provide:

Construction Management | Civil Engineering | Environmental Permitting | Septic System Testing and Design | Land Surveying | Wetland Delineations and Mitigation
